I supposedly won an IPad and only needed to pay shipping. Since it was from our cable company (supposedly) I paid the shipping fee. Imagine my surprise and anger to discover that they not only debuted my account for the shipping fee, but they also added a charge of $89.95 for who knows what also debited from my account. I tried calling them, but was on hold for an hour at which they told me To leave a message and someone would call back in 24 hours. I did not authorize anything but the shipping charge.
