I ordered a rare item found on their website and then was charged $5 more with an indication that it was a foreign transaction fee. I tried several times to reach them via email with no response regarding the status of the order. The website allows you to create an account and everything looks legitimate until I finally located a phone number in the Q&A section of their website. The person who answered advised me that they are not familiar with that website and advised me that it is a fraud.
