I ordered a garden hose from this company in June 2021 and was charged 100% for the item. When the item was delivered, it was such poor quality that I returned it in July 2021 its original shipping packaging and condition, never used, and requested a refund. As of the end of Sept 2021, they have not issued a refund nor returned my requests for contact/information.

This company won't respond to an individual buyer's request for a refund, despite having returned the item in its original condition and tracking receipt showing it was received. They literally just won't return your email or phone message

Additionally the company address on the website isn't real. They list their address as 8400 NW 25th Street, Miami, FL, 33198. But there is no such address in existence. The only address where I think it might be located is the same street number and street in Doral, FL at 33172. This prevents you from notifying the ScamPulse.com because the company can't be found in their database.
