DEAL MAN DOES NOT SEND YOU THE ITEMS YOU PURCHASE AND IF THEY DO THEY ARE NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED. I ORDERED TWO SHIRTS -ONE CAME AFTER CONTACTING THEM BUT IT WASN'T WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. THE OTHER NEVER CAME. MY FRIEND ALSO ORDERED SOMETHING FROM THEM THAT NEVER ARRIVED- WE WERE CHARGED FULL AMOUNTS.

I ordered clothes from their site around **$ and I still haven't received it. And I registered on their website with my email. When I tried to register again they deleted my account, but after they told me they will check what is happening with the order. And after that they never replied to me. And took my money.

I order a jacket from the company two months and have received nothing and when I inquire about the purchase, I am given a pre-written response that does not exactly answer my question. They constantly tell me there is a problem with the tracking number even though the product remains unfulfilled on their website order page. I have not received any response when I asked to cancel the order and get a refund.

Site seems legitimate and processes your debit or credit card order. No goods are shipped or tracking number given. There is no way to contact the seller and there Facebook account is unresponsive, yet they are still posting products. After looking at reviews after the fact it seems many have already fallen to this scam site.

Good Morning, I ordered a Survivalist Winter Jacket - Navy / L for $34.50 from this website. I ordered on Nov 22, 2017 at 9:11 a.m. for my Son for Christmas. I received an email that my order has been taken from our shelves and is being packed by world renowned team to make sure it is in the best possible condition before mailing on Nov 22, 2017 at 9:14 a.m. I then received another email on Nov 25, 2017 at 3:27 a.m. saying all of the items from order #DM1474547 have now been shipped, and we can no longer make amendments to your order. Tracking information is available upon request. On Dec 15, 2017 at 1:54 p.m. I emailed them asking them when I should receive the Jacket I purchased and that I'm getting concerned it may not get here in time for Christmas, I got no reply from them so I emailed the same email again on Dec18, 2017 at 4:40 p.m. and still no reply from this company. I have looked everywhere for a phone number and they don't seen to have one. just they email address and they send automatic replies. I would like to have my merchandise, however, if that isn't possible then I need to have my money returned. I have read lots of review and this doesn't seem to be the first time this has happened to someone, this website needs to be taken down. Thank you kindly for any assistance you can intervene with.

I placed an order through the business' website. I have looked into my order(#DM1476480) and it is showing a shipment tracking number, but when I check the tracking number it shows that there is no record for that number. I placed the order on November 25, 2017. I have emailed them more than once and have not received a response other than my order confirmation and tracking information. I paid $25.50 for the order. I would like a refund for my purchase if possible.

I ordered a jacket from this website and it never came. They offered up a lengthy explanation months after the order was placed, and the jacket still never came. I requested a refund on multiple occasions with no response. Unfortunately, after doing online research that I should have done initially, I realize that many, many others have been scammed by them as well.

Ordered 4 pair of shoes from them on 6/30/2016. Have not received anything. Bank will not reimburse because it has been more than 60 days. Pay pal will not reimburse even though payment was made through them. No fraud protection anywhere. I am out $156. Want this warning out there for others so they don't lose any of their hard earned money. I received the same message as someone else about shipping delays and if they could be of any more help to contact them. Total scam !

We ordered a product from these guys in June. We got the email that they took payment and everything. There's been no notice on shipping, and when you go to contact them to ask where your stuff is they don't message you back but they do read it. We now lost our money we were hard for.

I ordered clothes through Deal Man website which states Free Worldwide Shipping. Now it clearly state it may up to 30 days for you to receive your order. Well 7/13/16 marks 60 days!! I have attempted several times to contact the company (only means is through email). I finally got a response... here it is: "Thank you for contacting us. My sincerest apologies you have not yet received your order. We have been experiencing delays with the shipping companies and postal service in deliveries and tracking updates.

Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter, as there have been several holidays included in the time period. as well as a number of adverse weather events that have impacted delivery times. Unfortunately we have no control over how efficient the shipping services are or are not during these times, and it can cause delays. We have diligently been working on the issue, your parcels have been shipped, and tracking should update soon. I sincerely appreciate your extreme patience, and I do hope you receive your order very soon. For the inconvenience, I am adding a $10 USD coupon code: FROMUSTOYOU into your account for you to use on any of our products as a form of compensation for your delays.

So this response provides absolutely ZERO value to me. It does not attempt to rectify the problem or provide a valid tracking number. She provides a coupon code. Like you think I am dumb enough to purchase from you again.

Nonetheless, I made it very clear in my response that I expected a valid tracking number or to be refunded if I did not receive it by July 13.
