Terrible service , can't contact just email and they never respond . How do these sites get away with stealing your money. They shouldn't even be able to pull your money if the item hasn't even shipped ,still waiting for merchandise frome July . Would like to know how to shut these sites down

They are a total fraud I ordered a item the x claw back in July they say it was shipped even with a tracking number I still have not received it

I ordered the motorcycle alarm lock about a month ago, haven't received a confirmation code or anything but noticed they have already received the money from my checking account.

My name is Malcolm bland and i ordered 2 locks for my motorcycles back around March and just received 1 a couple weeks ago and have sent this company several emails about my order and haven't heard nothing from them ... i would like my other lock or refund for it and will never order from there site again TERRIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I saw this business advertising motorcycles alarm locks on FaceBook. They claimed you can get the motorcycle wheel lock alarm with a free reminder cord that attaches to you handlebars. When I ordered on their website, there was no reminder cord included in the price of the alarm. So, I had to place a second order for the reminder cord, which they charged me for and added a second shipping charge to the order. I asked them to put the reminder cord in the same box as the lock but they said they would turn the request over to their support team. That was 3 days ago and they haven't resolved the shipping charge yet, nor have they shipped any of the items; however, they did charge my credit card for the items and two shipping charges when I asked them to ship all items in one box. They also charged my credit card for both shipping and the product cost before shipping the items. It's my understanding that businesses aren't supposed to charge your card until they have shipped the items, apparently they don't care when they charge you. Secondly, the same product they charged me over $50 plus shipping for can also be found on Amazon for $16.00, that's obviously price gouging and they make you wait two weeks before shipping. Don't buy from this company as they are price gouging and making customers wait for extended times to receive products, that is if they ship at all. I had to cancel the order but they won't respond to my request, so I had to notify Chase bank of the problems with this online company scamming people on Facebook. The name of their business on Facebook is: deal2store.com They are rip offs!

Same here charged me 75 dollars for 2 of them and only received 1 and took 3 months to get the 1st one have sent them several emails and no response back terriable company and totally agree they are rip offs
