The website advertised an 8ft Fiberglass Step Ladder by Werner at $18.63. The shipping cost of $9.50 = $28.13 is the total that was taken out of my account. The product was purchased online on 05/23/24 @ 1:36 pm. When I check the status on shipping status it shows not shipped yet. There's no way to call to make a change from the delivery address to a physical address. The contact phone number (610) 348-1969 that shows out of Ardmore, PA gives a recording the subscriber you have dialed is not in service, and the fax number (781) 575- 3605 disconnects as well. It is now 06/12/24 status is still the same.
