I saw an ad on Facebook for a product, read comments, and reviews. I placed an order and then found a review that it was potentially a scam. I have reached out to the company THREE times view email to cancel the order and have received the EXACT same email response:

"Dear Customer

Thank you for your waiting.

We have checked your order,Your order is under processing,It will be sent out as soon as possible. please wait patiently!

Any question, we are online to serve you!

Customer Service"

My email requests have been to cancel the order. It is a coined response email, and no one is actually addressing. It has been almost 2 weeks now.
