I bought a beanbag at the beginning of June, never received a confirmation/shipping email after purchase. Waited a month, decided to reach out to them. They finally responded, telling me they're backed up and my item should ship out by the weekend. It didn't. Reached out again, told me the same thing. I told them I want a refund on five separate emails, each time they responded with:

"Hey there. I just got a confirmation that your order will ship out after the weekend. Please let me know if that works for you, if not, let me know so I can cancel the order and issue you a full refund. Best regards, Mary".

I email stating I want a refund, they respond with similar generic responses (as seen above). Total scam.
