I ordered 2020 New Shoe Box Organizer Drawer Type Shoe Box-stacking Storage Box Shoes Container - Black(Regular-Clamshell), 12PCS from this company and I am not satisfied with the product. I contacted them via email on 10/19/20. They responded to me asking me why I do not like the product. I explained via email that I do not like it product and it was not what I expected. They responded that I do not have to return the item and they would partially refund me $2. I told them no way. Can I have the returned shipping address. Then they replied that shipping is expensive and they will refund me $5. I sent a last email telling them this is no compromise I will like my full refund. I can ship packages to them at my expense. This company has me very worried, within their email they are showing me that they are trying to give me the run around. My order number with them Order #********] places on (October 13, 2020). Still no refund.
