I ordered a very nice pair of shoes from this website which popped up in my news feed via facebook. I ordered on July 27, 2017 at 8:22 a.m. for my fiancee birthday which was August 2, 2017. The order#*** Cross Hatch Pattern shoes for $37.99. I requested status on shipment July 29, 2017 where I received a reply that my shipment was on the way and they gave me an invalid tracking number LW63115***. I have been trying to track, however, it keep giving the message the number is not valid. I attempted to contact them three times, but they have no phone number, only email, and they send automatic replies, but would not provide specific feedback on the product. I would like to have my merchandise, however, if that isn't possible then I need to have my money returned. Thank you kindly for any assistance you can intervene with
