The website says it offers free returns with a 30-day money back guarantee, all you have to do is send an email. The email provided doesn’t exist. You get a tracking number for your order, and when it arrives, it’s a pack of socks. The product purchased varies from Christmas decorations to inflatable lawn decorations.
