On December 13th, 2019 I placed an order for which I got an email confirming the purchase; however, I never got a tracking number. After two weeks I called the number on the email I got only to find that the number is not valid. Then, sent an email to the request information on my order and I got an email stating that my issue would be reviewed. Two weeks later, I have not received a response; therefore, I decided to put a complaint. I really hope that who ever is running this scam is exposed and stopped.

This company is a scam/joke. I ordered stuff for my kids for Christmas and said would be here in time and nope nothing. So now my kids get to go without gifts because I ordered with dealdots.com took my money and nothing. I have called all the numbers I can find. All say it's been disconnected also wont return emails. How can anyone sleep at night knowing how many people they wreck there Christmas because they are lack of funds because of this company. So my advice is to go to Amazon and spend the little more and get your gifts. I want what I paid for. But I'm sure I wont get it. But please everyone else that's looking to buy from dealsdot.com dont do it save your money and buy it so.e were eles.

I placed an order with this company and have never received it. After looking at all the reviews, I'm not the only person who lost money with this company. We lost money and no products ever received. Something should be done about these people. I would love to have my money back but realistically I know that probably won't happen.
