I was searching the internet for Airbuds hoping to find a Black Friday or cyber Monday deal. Their ad popped up and had a picture of the item I was looking for $99 and sale ending soon. I attempted using my debit card to pay and it was declined several times. I used a credit card and it worked on the first try. I received 3 emails within an hour and nothing after that. First email included a receipt and an order number. The next 2 emails included information about the background of the company. Single family owned to support their disabled son. It went on to say they ship within the first 5 days but if it hasn’t shipped within 2 weeks to email the son. I have tried opening the emails and checking my purchase status and found the website has been down for the last 5 days. I emailed the company and haven’t gotten a response.
