Ordered items for Christmas presents and received 1 email back stating they received my order and that I would receive another email with tracking information once my payment cleared and the ordered was fulfilled. I kept checking the website and it showed my order was paid in full and then a couple days later showed fulfilled on the website, but I never received another email. I ended up sending them an inquiring asking the status of my order and I received an auto reply that they had received my inquiry and that their service department is looking into the status and would let me know when a resolution was found. I have not heard back since then even though I've tried 2 more times to contact them by email with no reply and then also tried calling and received the message that the phone number was temporarily disconnected. I've tried the phone number a couple more times with no luck. I then tried to go out to the website to see if there was an update status on my order and found that their website is now stating it is unavailable. I don't expect to receive my order from them and now feel like it was a scam.

I was directed to the website from a google search. I ordered a $99 futon. I paid and got a text confirming the order. This was two weeks ago with no follow up info. I emailed them but never received a response. I called the number but it is disconnected.

Purchased a chocolate foundue fountain online from DealsDot.com. This company has non-working phone numbers, is non-responsive via email, and provided a fake invoice with a fake order number with zero tracking information for the item I purchased. This company needs to be shut down as fraudulent.
