Type of a scam Online Purchase
After the purchased, I received an email stating they had verified my order, and charged my credit card. From that point on, all of my request for status of my order were meet with delays and BS. They never received any tracking info even after requesting it. I called the company phone number, and received the standard (We can come to the phone right now). They never did return my call. I sent numerous emails requesting the status of my order with no results. After 7 weeks I finally contacted my credit card company to file a complaint on the charges, and seek reimbursement. Thankfully I was able to get my money back. I would advise anyone thinking of doing business with this company, to think twice be buying. This is a full blown SCAM.
