We googled panama shipping and noticed their website is very fake. After googling a bit we found your ScamPulse.com Scam Tracker and felt we should post this to warn others. IP used was 84.239.17.167 showing as Detroit, Michigan but when we dig deeper, it is from a server in Romainia from a website called www.binbox.com
