On their website (https://dearpersonco.store/) they state that they have a 30 day money back guarantee. They also state that for returns you must begin the return by emailing them. I ordered 2 items--a pale blue t-shirt w/black writing and a bright red sweatshirt. The pale blue t-shirt came w/white writing (which you cannot read since it is white on pale blue) and the bright red sweatshirt was maroon and not red. The material on both items was cheap too. According to tracking info, I received the items on 4/1/24. The order was placed on 3/18/24 according to the email confirmation they sent me. I emailed them to start a return on 4/3/24, 2 days after I received the items and 16 days after the order was placed, both well within the 30 days for the money back guarantee. Then didn't respond, so I emailed them again on 4/11/24 and 4/30/24. Still no response. There is no phone number to call them or a physical address either on their website or w/a google search. They kept my money and never responded! BTW, originally I found them thru an ad on Facebook on my feed.
