This business is sketchy, and I feel is scamming people out of their money. I placed 4 orders. Never received confirmation emails with order number and tracking information. Delivery takes more than a month because merchandise ship from China. However, the card is charged right away when the order is placed. There is no way to cancel orders. That's what they replied on my request for cancelation: ".... As much as we would like to cancel the order for you, I must inform you that it has gone through the point of no return. This means that the order is already in the dispatch stage with which, a cancellation is no longer an option". The customer service number in not working. There is no way to talk to a live person. All communications via email only. All items are very poor quality not as shown on website. Two items I received were not the items I ordered and one of them was even broken. I asked for refund, they asked me to send the items back and pay for shipping myself. Strangely enough they didn't even promise refund. That what they said: "... After receiving your item, we will definitely resolve your concern accordingly". I googled the return address I was told to ship these items to and it was the Chinese Supermarket in Las Vegas Nevada. Then I googled the company address from their website and it was an apartment in Las Vegas NV listed for sale on Zillow. The company address keeps changing. As of today, it is in LA.

I found a lot of complaints about this business on ScamPulse.com site. I regret I didn't do my due diligence before placing orders.

I am currently working with my credit card to recover some money.
