I attempted to purchase a product (mixies magic mixing cauldron) on nov 4th. Never received any email or tracking, and product never received. Tried to reach out by email, website contact form and phone with no response. The phone goes to a gmail mailbox. I was able to resolve it via a paypal dispute, however the company falsely had a priority mail tracking stored (where the package would not have even fit the product - a 12"x12" box), hence the refund. Please investigate this business so others are not scammed as well.
