I found a beautiful Shih Tuz puppy on line @ Deb Shih Tuz puppie Paradise and went back and forth with the breeder and set everything up for me to buy this puppy. I sent a wire transfer for the total cost of the puppy. Later on in the afternoon I get a email form the transporting company saying she was all set but the crate they brought to ship her in wasn't the right one, and I needed to send them $760 for the required crate for the the flight. I contacted the breeder, and was told to send the money and I get a full refund when she gets here. I told them that was not part of the agreement,and I would like a refund. I was told they already spent the money for her trip, just pay the $760 so she can come home to me.
