I placed an order for an air bed on a frame June of 2022 I have not received it I have argued with them numerous times giving them my address numerous times and they tell me to check with my post office and my neighbors now I'm disabled I don't leave my house I am been waiting and I have been stressed out over this believe me I wouldn't be putting myself through this if I had received the item I have told him I no longer want the item I want my money refunded and they tell me they can't refund my money I've been dealing with these people it'll be 2 years in June and I am thoroughly disgusted with it they give me the same song and dance with every email I get from them and when I do get a tracking number it's either an old one or it's a new one and when I find out where it's been delivered it hasn't been delivered to me it's gone to Puerto Rico twice it's going to California Texas Louisiana North Carolina I shouldn't have to have an issue with an order I order offline all the time and I've never had a problem I really wish you could help me
