Hello,
Thanks for your interest regarding my house, I have decided to rent the house because we are going to spend more time here
in Oak Hill, WV. My family and I will be here for about 3 years due the nature of my job.
Let me start by introducing myself, I am hearing impaired and I must confess I am very new in this landlord business.
However, I own the house located at 1205 W Gambrell St, Fort Worth, TX 76115, Single-Family Home.
The initial plan was to
sell the house but my husband advice we put it out for rent which is why we put it out for rent and it has been withdrawn
from the agent, I am saying this if at all you find any sign in the house, because of this reason we have decided to rent
out the house to a responsible tenant that can take very good care of the property as we are not after the money, we want
it to be clean and tidy at all time.
Pets are allowed as long as they are well behaved and not destructive. The rent is $700 and security deposit is $700 and

I found her a place but thanks anyhow. Maybe you should do more research on this scam. This house is on other websites for more than what you have listed and there aren't any playgrounds near it. And you have this listed like an apt but obviously it is a house. I will be reporting this to the local authorities thanks!!!
