Yesterday I contacted debbie chasity owner of debbie havapoo Litters to purchase a puppy via email. She stated the puppy was $700 and there was a special coupon for free shipping! They emailed me a contract for ownership of Jasper and once signed I would send the $700 via Zelle and they would send me info on shipping.
Today the shipping company calls me and tells me that the puppy is there with them and they cannot ship due to it needs to be in a special crate that was never provided or told to me,! The cost for this was $1,000 up front and once we picked up puppy we would get the money back in cash except for their $50 charge.
