Bought a puppy when it came time to ship him they need more money for a climate control crate. But he was being shipped in a climate control plane. Once you paid they would return you money when they delivered the puppy. But they put the dog on the flight and took him off and delivered him to you. So you never touched the crate. So why do you pay for the crate? Only got scam for fee for dog.
