Supposedly there was a 14 day trial period and then you would have to cancel the order. I do not recall ordering
these items nor did I receive any products. I argued & argued & then asked to speak to a supervisor. She proceeded
to repeat the same things, i said i cannot pay this, i never ordered anything. She said she could reduce the amount, I
then agreed to make a partial payment of $129.87 & she said I would get a confirmation email & a cancellation email.
I did not receive either email. I called back the telephone # they called me on & it was a personal phone #, no business
affiliation. My Credit card did send me a alert to confirm I processed the charge & i told them I did. After waiting for a confirmation email & not receiving it, I called my Credit card & reported that I was scammed & i stupidly did give my card number. They cancelled my card & will issue me a new one, but since i willingly gave my card number, they could not cancel the transaction
& i need to dispute the charge with the fraud department on Monday. I hope to be able to get reimbursed for this charge, my gut told me it was fraud & i even said it to them on the phone & I fell for it anyway. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
