I did not answer the phone, however I let the call go to Voice Mail. The message left stated "To proceed against you. At this time you are forfeiting your right to take care of this matter voluntarily. Client is willing to take rectify the matter if they here from you today. Please press 1 to be connrected to the next representative in reference to the claim number." It then proceeds to(I assume) makecthe same threat in Spanish. I have no such legal action being taken against me. This is a Scam to take whatever monies I would give them, probably with unstated threat to empty my bank account and use the maximum amount available on my Credit Cards. Please inform others not to give in to such threats.

Caller asked for a call back stating I had a debt to repay. Asks that i return call. Calls come from local CT area codes, however phone number to call bacm is with a 985 area code. Caller asked for personal infon that I refused to give.

left a voice mail stating I was going to be served with legal documents at my home and place of employment the next day unless I called the claimants office directly.

I did not answer the phone call but the voicemail left states, "Hello, I'm calling you today as a courtesy, your number was given as a point of contact to reach ____ _____ (first and last name of my father). Please inform ____ ___ that they have been named as a person of interest in an important matter that requires their immediate attention. Federal law prohibits me from disclosing any further information. If you know this person, please press one now or contact us directly at 833-883-2793, again that phone number is 833-883-2793. Thank you for your help today.

The phone call came from West Point, KY with my local area code. My phone identified it as potential spam and if it had not, I probably would have answered it because it's a local area code. There was no e-mail address used but this form would not let me move on until I entered an email address so I just made one up so I could move on. Please disregard, and consider removing the requirement on that field.

Undisclosed male voice stating they would file legal paperwork with my county in the next 24-48 hours if I did not pay them $389.
