I received a voicemail message from a law firm stating that they were placing a lien on my property. They asked me to call them back amd said it was time sensitive. They gave me a call back phone number but my missed call list said private number. They did have my correct name and street name but did not provide my house number. It sounded like she was reading from a script. I have never received any documents in the mail. Could be a scam or old debt collector using shady tactics.

I got a phone call and a voice-mail about a ezcorp loan that I did not get over 10 years ago and I was informed that I have to pay over 2700 dollars

I got a phone call from my this number, I sent it to voicemail. They left this voicemail for me. I have blanked my name and DOB.

“ Is a very very urgent message for ___________ born December 19 ** Calling you from nationwide courier services Have your legal documents that we've been hired to deliver They're ready for delivery We need you to return the phone call to the main office at 8 6 6 9 9 1 3 7 5 9 With case reference number 2 2 – 1 3 1 8 ***Let us know when you're gonna be available to receive a time for the documents What is your time sensitive require an ID and signature If I return calls not received, it could result in a missed delivery And legal proceedings will begin without your military consent Will also have to take delivery at your last place of employment That number once again is eight 6 9 9 1 3 7 5 9 With case reference number 2 2 – 1 3 1 8 ***”

When I called back, they wanted to know my address so they could serve me papers. They could not provide any information to me since I would not share my address, email address. I informed them right away that this was a scam and they should get a real job. The person (who game me is name to be Calvin Thompson) became angry and told me to give him the info requested or it could end badly for me in front of the judge once they came after me. I asked to see which county was the court order from and he wouldn’t tell me, he actually hung up on me telling me he was not interested in helping someone with a bad attitude like me. A few minutes later I get a message from one of my sisters saying the same person had been in contact with her demanding information from her about me. Then about another hour later, my other sister text me a transcript of the voicemail he has left for her pertaining to me. I called back and told him to stop calling my sister, but I didn’t mention them calling my other sister too. At this point, he was laughing and telling me he was not interested in talking to me that he would get the information needed as it was his job to do so. I told him I will be in contact with our sheriffs department office and I will see him in front of the judge!!

Voicemail message: "This message is solely for ------ ---------. My name is Brittany contacting you with Quality Resolve Services. We have received a request for judgement placement on the Social Security Number the login to yourself showing multiple instructions. I have been retained to have a service of process immediately completed against yourself, and involving your residency, as well as your place of employment. You have a legal right to provide a statement of defend, or you may allow legal representation to do so prior to your forfeit of legal rights. It is imperative you contact our office at 866-497-0084 failure to correspond will result to an active order effective immediately. You have been legally notified."

Texted from nondescript snd unknown number to me via 206-804-2626 stating they had a problem processing a payment I allegedly made to them. Requested: "Please call us immediately at 210-441-7894. Outgoing text only."

Didn't bother, don't know what they're talking about. Blocked and reported.

Repeated calls from this number stating; "This is a time sensitive message from MRS please kindly return our call using the number on your caller ID as soon as possible to be connected with a live representative who may better assist you. Again please return our call at the earliest convenience..." I believe this is a new number and tactic from a fake 'debt collection' agency who has also been super aggressive, threatening to "serve me papers" yet I am never served. Weeks and months go by without such court papers served, and the calls continue about a vague, fake debt I am supposed to have continue. I have blocked this number as well and the voicemails continue.

Text came from 20680426268 in the message said several attempts to contact regarding outstanding balance call today or account can be frozen for payment. Don’t respond via text but call us at 210-4417894 call to remove number.

Scammer has texted me twice “Please contact MRS BPO, LLC at (855) 847-0658 regarding a matter for Verizon Wireless. MRS is a collection agency. If you want to opt out of future text messages reply with STOP. Visit us at: https://portal.mrsbpo.com. To see important rights and information, click mrsbpo.com/state-disclosures” so I called Verizon to verify the authenticity of this company, and they told me no one on my whole account owes anything, and they would contact me before using a company like this. They could have gotten my number from one of the phone repair shops I went to because they started texting shortly after I gave them my number.

When I called back, they asked for the case # they left on my message. Case # 3309622. I provided and they patched me over to another woman. She asked if I was ***** ***. She also asked if my date of birth was XX/XX/XXXX and if my social security # was XXX-XX-XXXX. I replied yes, but what is this about? She then provided me that she was a process server for SouthEast Financial. I never had any accounts with them which I immediately stated. She then said it was for a car repossession. Again, nothing of that nature since 2007 of which I handled with a lawyer and settled with Regional Acceptance in 2014 before purchasing my home. I told her I had a letter of clearance on that settlement. She said if I find it I could send to them. She then asked for the lawyer's name. I provided that it was Hibbeler and Associate. She then said she would reach out to them. She didn't ask for their contact info or even their city/state. Instead she hung up. I scoured my records for a few hours to find the letter of settlement, which I located. I called back the number and the first lady asked again for my case number. I provided and she said "Hmmmmm, ple[censored]d" and then hung up the call. I called back several times but now my number was blocked as the call keeps ringing busy. I am not comfortable that someone called acting like a county process server, which I still have the voicemail and then it turns out to be a whole sham. I called the county courts and there is nothing ever filed about this.

I keep getting a call for someone looking for my husband about a court case, they continue to call both of us claiming they are from the National Processing Office in Buckeye Arizona. But they told my husband that they were calling from the National Processing Center in Buckeye county. They continue to harass us and they cannot who they are actually calling on behalf of.

They knew my social, current address, old address, full name. Claimed it would be going to court. An old credit card from 2007. I was out of town for work for that month and they got me at my weakest. Busy and I couldn’t investigate more and concerned they would bother my family at home.

This person called me and said someone filed a complaint against me. I asked who this was, the reply was a complaint was filed with a Mr. Davis. asked me my phone number, I told her, then she called me by my name. She even knew my address and the last 4 digits of my Social Security number. I ask who filed this complaint., she said Capital One in the amount of $2900.00 dollars. I told her I did not owe them anything. She then began to inform me that they would settle for $900.00 if I paid today. Again I told her I didn’t owe them anything. She said they had sent several letters to my address about this issue, which I never got. I was told that they could put a lean against my bank and my employer. I again told her I did not owe Capital One anything. I told her I had a car though them that was paid off a while back. She asked me Was I disputing this claim and I said yes, they I was told that I would be responsible for the whole amount and court cost. I then hung up the phone.

I called Capital One and talked to them and they said Ms. **** you don’t owe us anything and that they did not file any complaint against me.

Someone called me and stated that i needed to call Fine, Webber & Ross because I am about to be garnish and summons to court for an American Advance loan. I explained that I never had a loan with them. He said that i would have to explained that in court if i didn't pay the money. He had all my info, which have me nervous. I called American Advance and was told I'm not in there system and this is a scam. i went and looked the company up and they have a website that doesn't look legit at all.

Called as a debt collector / stated client is during me for debt in 2008 however I filed bankruptcy in 2016 and all debts should have been closed! They stated they are not suing for loan it was charged off they are during for bad check wrote but I can settle with restitution out of court

Called me and said i took a loan out with EZ money and they been trying to track me down to pay it. He had an attitude and was yelling at me to pay or he will take me to court.

Call received from 740-796-8640 and sent to voicemail. The following is a copy/paste of the voicemail that was left.

In order to be transferred to a live representative please press one we have made several attempts to try to serve you legal notification per your pending case at this time you are named as a direct respondent and your statement of record was needed on your behalf by either yourself or your legal counsel neither have done so at this point therefore the allegations pending against you will be noted as true and accurate as well as a possible illegal willful evasion if that is not the intent and it is your intent to handle with your legal counsel present you or your attorney need to contact the firm today again this will be our final attempt at reaching you failure to respond today will forfeit any and all legal rights to dispute you can reach us directly at the legal department at 626-888-3141 you have been notified…”

Called regarding daughter being sued for unpaid hospital bills from 2011. They had her social security number and date of birth. Gave a local hospital name and said she had to settle today to keep from going to court. If I paid today they could reduce amount by $1,000. immediately or the case would go to court for extra monies from late fee, court costs etc.

It was interesting as hospital was one I recently had to have surgery at. They texted by mobile phone in lieu of hers. She was listed as my close contact on hospital paperwork.
