I spoke to Shawn Vargas he said he was the paralegal and that our call was recorded. At first he didn't want to talk to me because he couldn't discuss the case with me since it was for my dad and it's personal. Then I asked if I could do a 3 way call to get my dad's permission for him to discuss with me. So that's when he mentioned my dad's social security (which I didn't confirm) nor corrected and he said that they were about to file a civil complaint since my dad dind't pay the credit card bill. So I asked him if the person who left a message was the process server who was trying to serve my dad and he said yes. Then I asked how come the phone number I called went straight to the law firm? he tried to explain to me that's how it is done. So I told him that's funny I am a paralegal and that's not how it works, so please serve my dad and we will go to court and take care of this in front of a Judge. Then he told me that it would be more than $7k if we do that and I told him see you in court.

I received multiple calls from 866-315-7559 with automated messages stating my name, from a live person "Bella Bradford." I Called it back and spoke with 3 different people, who stated there was a judgment of $3338 against me that was awarded to be garnished from my wages. Requested $800 by the end of the month to prevent it from being carried out by March 8th. Even sent docusign information to sign, stating I agree for them to withdraw the money on February 29th. Seemed legit, but I looked into my debt history and it was already taken care of 4 years ago. So I wonder what this was.
