Person who called was demanding social insurance number. When I denied and asked a generic question I was told I couldn’t be assisted without providing my SIN. I was then told I owed money, and was threatened that my account was at risk hence the call. Caller was rude and unprofessional and again demanded my social insurance number. I hung up. No sign of anything on my personal account or email where I am usually notified of any loan changes.
