Received a call from a “courier service” asking if I would be home for a delivery, when I said no she gave me the phone number for “SCS” for details about what was being delivered. “SCS” gave me a case number and said I was being sued for a debt I already paid. They asked where I paid it and gave a direct phone number to call them back with receipt information. I called back numerous times but no answer.

I received a phone call on 2 occasions, yesterday was the most recent. They identify themselves as Bronx County Court Processor Server. They claimed that the papers were denied or rejected. That is a total lie. They could not give me any information just a phone number and a file number. I reached out to the court house and there are no civil suits against me. And called the number and they placed me on hold. They asked for the file number and they connected to this woman. Who wanted to verify my address. I asked for an index number and she was rude and said there is no index number. I said well if this is court papers then there would be an index number. They could not provide. Allegedly they needed to serve me the papers so I would know when to appear in court. The number they gave me to call was 866-589-0221.

I received an email in January, that was full of gibberish, and paid no mind to it. Suddenly now in October, I am getting multiple phone calls for the past two days from a company called KETO Excusive. I think they meant to say exclusive. They are telling me I have made an order back in January and received an email from them saying orders are backed up and now they are ready for the delivery. They were absolutely fishing for more information from me. They did have my name, home phone number mailing address and email address. I had a number to call back which is 877-205-7242. When I called the number back, I was being pressured into this “” order I had made. When I questioned them about it, they were persistent in saying I had a bill to pay and a shipment coming.

When I told them I am not calling them back if they have something they want to say they can call me back but I wasn’t going to play this game. A number of phone calls back from this individual came in rapidfire. It ended with him, claiming he had my Visa card number, so he was going to go ahead with processing the order, I left, because I don’t have a Visa account.
