He called my cell phone claiming that owe money for apple products that I so call purchase on Amazon and then ask me for my zip code. Automated system at first said I owe 100 something dollars and will use my default payment on my Amazon account. Then it transfer and this Man asked the questions.

Received a phone telling me that I need to pay up as I am subscribed to this product for monthly orders, $600 a month. The guy was very rude and said had a paid attention and read the terms and agreement I would have known I was subscribed. If I don't pay up they will charge my credit card. He then try to get the card number from me, never gave it. Never in all my time has any place that I know of ever putting a subscription in the terms and agreements. I then received an email stating the same thing. That I owe money since I never cancelled. I never signed up is the issue. Getting really tired of scammers being able to try and take advantage of people. There have to be a way to stop them from doing this!!!

I was filling a survey for a financial institution. Today I was called that ez Money company is trying to garnish from my employee wages 2370 dollar of an appearance pending cash loan I took with them. Never requested a loan in cash to no one, my wages are enough so I don't required any loan besides big purchase ex. Car house.

This person claims I owe money for an unidentified collection and unidentified company. They said if I don’t pay in 3 days my wages will be garnished. I recently suffered a stroke and they are praying on the disabled.

He first called on Nov 16th , 2023 stating he was Joel Rosenberg, and he was collecting for the yellow pages, he threatened me with court and I paid him

2500 dollars. He told me that it would take 10 days to process. I never received any paperwork.

he called to day and said we still owed for the online part . and that are previous payment was for a phone book He said his name was Jacob Rosenberg

I Told him that we hadn't received any paperwork . He said it was 3000 more dollars . I only paid $500 because i don't have that kind of money.

I asked him for a copy of the contract , verbal or written . he said that he would have to ask them , because he only worked in legal.

How can i get my money back.

When I called back stated a court summons placed against me and confirmed with my state/county there is none and background check is clean. Wanted my SSN# and full name to be transferred to an attorney for statement with GFN. I refused because there are no cases against me, nothing on my credit report, and never had business with citi financial. I was instructed my local government that this is a scam and this started after my information was hacked from a data breach with Xfinity and a healthcare company.

person by the name of Evelynn Fisher called and left message on my voicemail, then called several of my family members ,stating that she trying to contact me about a court case, when she called me and ask for me by my first name , I asked who she was and then she hung up the phone but then as stated before called and left information about her firm and left file numbers as reference to this case.

Text me and my husband stating my husband owed a debt to a hospital in Georgia in the amount of $3000. He has no such debt and has lived in New York for over 17 years. They threatened to serve us within the next 48 hours if we did not pay. They stated that they only had a PO box, no website, and no e-mail. Refused to provide any type of documentation. They refused to provide a license number or anything that would prove they are a legitimate company. When I called them out on being a scam, they cursed me out and hung up on me. My husband contacted the hospital they said we owed the debt to, and they confirmed he did not owe any debt.

The person called and asked if I was (my name). I did not confirm and asked what they were calling about. They said they were with Receivable Management Services Corp and they could not tell me more until I confirmed my identity. I do not think I have any unpaid debts but I want to be sure this is not a real debt collection agency.

Called me pretending to be process server dispatch over an old ( more than 10 years) debt without providing any information except the name of the bank, offered a settlement if I pay immediately by debit card, threatened with jail etc.

Never received anything in the mail above this matter previously

October 20, 2023 the phone started on my husband and a message was left stating my first and last name and mentioned on the voicemail that they(KPS) are putting a claim to the judge and if I don't call back they will show up at my house and or work place. I immediatley called the number back 1-855-790-3444. A lady answered and then I was placed on hold. I just hung up. A second later a man called my phone and told me that I hung up too soon and that I was only on hold for a second. I redirected him to telling him I was on hold for four minutes. Then he tells me that he will appear at my home and or work place and will take the claim to the judge to be sued. I hung up. He called my phone again and my husband answered and he told my husband if I can act like a human he will talk to me. My husband told him not to call back. He called my phone again and my husband answered again and the man rudely told my husband that he will turn it over to the judge or if I was was ready to talk like a human. My husband hung up again. The man called again I answered and his first sentence is "you ready to talk like a human or should I turn over to the judge so we can sue you." I hung up. The man called again and asked for my attorney information so my husband was ready to give him info but kept talking over my husband about getting sued and only wanting to talk to my attorney. My husband hung up. I called back the 716-309-3012 and the man said I want your attorney information and hung up.

I received a call from "Process service division" stating I was going to be served and there is a civil case against me. I started asking questions then the lady stated "obviously I caught you off guard" and provided a phone number 888-662-0881 and a case number, they had my full name, address, called my place of work and had my full social security number. I was told by "Hartwood and Associates" who stated they are located in California that I missed a letter sent to me on Sept. 1st and that now I will be served a subpoena and will have to go to court. I started asking questions and they first stated someone has a civil case against me and all they could say it was from a bank that I've never used before. Super scary that they have my social security number

Someone named Marcus called and stated that he was from a mediation company and said that some company was taking me to court when I asked for something in writing the guy Marcus started yelling and cursing at me I cursed back at him hung up and blocked the numbet

Pretended that I bought a serum called vale. I never bought it and it is not a legitimate website. I blocked their phone number. I asked how they sold the product to me because I’ve never been on their website and they wouldn’t answer me. Said I owed money and then had my visa last few digits. Had a NY number but said they were from Bermuda.
