Same as another person who received the same kind of call. Male voice gets on and says a person's name that is not mine. Happened twice already, 1 week apart. Then female voice says "My intent at this time is to move forward by the end of the business day. For whatever reason there was failure to respond. I also need to inform you my efforts were documented. The claim has been verified and you were notified. Please press 1 now to speak with a representative or give us a call at 833-883-2836. This is a courtesy call regarding a claim in my office." I have reported this to donotcall.gov and have flagged it with my telephone company and blocked.
