I got a voice mail asking if I was, or knew, one of my adult sons. I returned their call and a man (deep voice, American accent, sounded angry) told me that my son had "passed a bad check" and that "it would be easier on him" if I had him return their call ASAP. They knew his birthday, and I presume they knew I was his mother. The voice mail included a phone number--877-770-5897. They called me on 701-829-5031 from Cartwright, ND.
