First called with “11111” number and I let go to voicemail. A woman stated she was with United Processing Services and had an urgent case on me. I disregarded until my husband received an unknown number call just minutes later with the same message. She could not give information other than a case number with MSP & Associates in the county we lived. She gave us a number to call immediately. Frantically calling a man answered and stated they were handling a case to sue me for a debt with CashNet for a loan I had paid over 9 years ago. He put me on hold once we agreed to listen then came back to verify my full ssn & dob. I foolishly confirmed the information and continued to listen until he became aggressively needing me to sign an agreement to settle by email immediately. We hung up to investigate and found many other cases after speaking with a rep from CashNet to confirm I did not owe anything. She mentioned they get worried scams callers every day. Now putting my personal info on life lock and I hope these criminal people get justice.

Called and advised a purchase was made via the Internet back in 2013 for $450 and if my mother did not pay now she would go to court and have to pay $4-5k dollars. My mom had NEVER had Internet and she is 90 yrs old. She told them she would speak to her daughter - I blocked my number and tried to call and no one answered.

Received phone call from Jennifer at PSV. Voicemail left a case number and phone number for me to return call at (884-468-1012) Indicated it was urgent for me to contact caller as they were serving me. I don’t ignore calls like this as I have a 99% on time payment history on my obligations per credit karma as well as experian. I called the 884 toll free number and it would not go through. After two attempts, I called the 214 number used to leave me a voicemail. Melanie Hernandez proceeded to tell me she found my case and was on a recorded line. I informed her, I was on a recorded line as well at which point she became hostile, told me I did not have their permission to record, she was disconnecting the line and bid me farewell with “see you in court”. I should mention I read the report already on file with ScamPulse.com so was aware this could be a scam.
