This company called me for months after my bankruptcy and it was discharged. When I first received these calls I explained that. They kept saying I still owed it and it was not covered. I contacted my attorney and verified the debt this company was trying to collect was. My lawyer sent them letters to cease all calls and even filed a law suit. The company representative did not show and lost my case. Yesterday I received a call from Impact and 30 min later received another collector on the same debt. I asked the second collector who sold them my debt and it was Syncrony Bank, the same that was used by Impact Solutions. The second collector imputed my bankruptcy with no problem and I was told I would be receiving no more calls from them. These people are clearly breaking collection laws and avoiding all ways to stop the harassment and litigation attempts to stop.

First I received a voicemail saying I had been officially served...contact 18332246242 and then gave me a case number (the nerve) so call out of curiosity, then I spoke to a lady claiming to be a middle person trying to help me resolve this debt I have, so I asked her who's claiming I owe them money, she its NSF whos affiliated with 5 different bank names. She wanted me to pay out 960.34 for a bill that I owed one of these company's (well I Never) anyway I said to her no way am I paying anyone any money she was willing to take half as a full payoff now she just kept trying to work with me to resolve this issue I ended up saying to her that I would call her back later after consulting with my husband. These people can really sound like they are for real, but I knew it was scam I never had any bank accounts with anyone in 10 yrs ago..

They have been leaving voicemails stating I have 4 serious allegations against me and I need to contact them to clear the debt or I would be arrested by local authorities.
