Received two solicitations via mail. Ignored the first one, but the 2nd one caught my eye so I paid more attention. They offered to reduce my credit card debt by 50% and setup a lower monthly payment to pay off the balance over 36 months. Truly an enticing offer. The language in the solicitation was very vague, i.e. "We may be able to negotiate a payment plan.." Pressure language like: "This letter is being sent to you one last time before you are no longer deemed eligible...". I search ScamPulse.com and found two others within the past 30 days reporting similar tactics. Watch out!

I received correspondence form Debt Relief Dept April 17, 2019 stating I am no longer deemed eligible for help by this office. Once we have been contacted, we will have authorization to restructure your open balances of $6,500 on your behalf directly with your creditors. Etc.

Do you want to reduce your payments? We may be able to negotiate a payment plan with your creditors that you can afford. Sincerely, Client Negotiations Department (800-391-5499)

This letter is fraudulent.
