I received an email on Saturday 10//24/24 at 4:24 AM. It didn't have government email, they stated that they tried to call But I didn't respond and I was flagged for forgiveness on my student loans and only had till Monday to respond to that number. They had a different account number for me. I had student loans but was approved for disability forgiveness in 2016 and my account was completely closed. Because of all that I felt it was a scam I never responded to email and never called them so hopefully I am ok but just wanted to report it. If you want to contact me it would have to be through email because I am deaf and I don't use the phone. My email is ********************. Thank You .

Caller identified themselves as student loan forgiveness company. Was persistent in obtaining my debit card information to secure a contract to eliminate my student loan debt. Became sarcastic when the legitimacy of their company was questioned.
