We purchased a wireless dog collar fence from Bark Beyond. When we received the product, it did not work as designed or advertised. The company's website states a 14 day no hassle return guarantee - we reached out via email right away to initiate a return and the company offered a 40% refund if we would keep the product, stating that they do not have a return labels. They were manipulative and deceptive and would not honor their return policy - we are in the process of filing a chargeback with our bank.
