I ordered a number of things from this website as Christmas gifts on 11/12. It appeared legitimate, offered insurance, and FedEx express shipping. I’ve been given the runaround by the so-called customer support. They provided a bogus tracking number and track718.us as the tracking website. After asking countless times who the delivery courier would be I never got a straightforward answer.. always “the courier we cooperate with”. Now after a month, it was supposedly delivered yesterday. They supposedly initiated a refund which I won’t get even if they did send it because it was a prepaid gift card. This is terrible and there has to be a way to shut these scammers down! I’m a disabled veteran on a fixed income. It wasn’t a lot of money, but it was what I had.

I waited a month for my order to say it was deliver, but I never got my package. When I emailed the customer service email they told me to check neighboring porches and then said they would re send the package and it would take 5-15 days but I still haven’t received it. When I asked for my money back they said I’d only get 70% of what I spent
