The e-mail I received claimed to be Geek Squad. It said "Your subscription to Geek Squad has been renewed and $419.00 has been debited from you your account. The amount will be reflected in your account within the next 24hr. In case of any further clarification or block the Auto-renewal service please reach out Customer Help Center +1 (805)203 3765.

It was an invoice but had grammatical errors. I contacted Best Buy and they informed me that they did not send the e-mail and they did not even have a plan in the amount of $419.00.
