I ordered a quilt that was supposed to arrive before Christmas. The website stated as long as order was placed by 12/10 it would arrive in time, and I ordered on 12/9. Received order confirmation email but nothing since, and I'm writing this on 12/30. No product, no shipping info. Emails to [email protected] went unanswered. Found the name Decor Perks on Paypal and emailed [email protected], demanding a refund and telling them I'd initiated a claim. They responded once, apologizing and saying my order was taking longer due to demand but that it would eventually come. I replied immediately, again stating that I no longer wanted the item since Christmas passed and to refund my money. No response since. Hopefully Paypal does the right thing here, I've never had to dispute anything with them before.
