The web site said there were 3 sofas in stock
They sent email confirmation that day of my order and an order number and charged my credit card
A week later 11/11/20 I tried to emailed them to get a shipping and tracking number I WAS GHOSTED
On 11/27 I went to their website (which said I would get a response within 24 hours) and again requested shipping information GHOSTED
Same again on 11/26 GHOSTED
I have opened a claim on 12/4 with my credit card company to have the charge reversed
