was trying to hook up a chrome book to canon printer. Got this person as a tech support. Said they could get it hooked up for me. It never happened after hours on the phone. Guy named Mick said I had over 700 bad hits on my system. So for a one time fee they would install service to fix this and keep it from happening again. I have been checking this out and think I have been scammed. The name was Deecloud INC LLC out of TN.Can I do anything to help fix this?
