I checked in Monday morning, and they told me that they were impressed by my answers. They offered me the job, over Skype messenger, and sent me an email encouraging me to sign their letter of employment, fill out a W4, and send them a copy of my ID to "verify me". They also informed me that they would email me a check, and they said that I couldn't start my training on Friday without depositing the check, and using it to buy things to "set up my mini office". They said that they would send me instructions for what I needed as well as a link to "buy from their suppliers" that apparently would overnight ship the required items.
As of this point, they keep aggressively messaging me on Skype. "connecting" with me at least 3 or 4 times a day. They have not sent me the email with the check. They also haven't sent me the instructions or link to buy from.
