Their customer service by email contact doesn’t work, phone number doesn’t work, they don’t answer direct messages on facebook, they have terrible feedback on instagram, and unfortunately I got tricked by their scam ploy of thinking they would ship the goods I paid for already but instead I get emails promoting stuff from them all the time
