I called Dee's Cleaning service when I saw the add on craig's list. The add seemed professional and the price seemed reasonable. When I described all that I needed done on the phone she quoted me a price. Then when the day came for them to clean, they came 45 minutes late and did not have the proper supplies needed to clean. I should have just canceled then and there but I was nice enough to give them a chance. I did a walk through and told them exactly what I needed done, and they did not even finish half, they hardly touched anything. Also when they first arrived they asked if they should call me when they're close to done, like they expected and wanted me to leave. They were eating food when they arrived. They make all these promises of things they would do and then take your money knowing they did not do even half of the things asked of them. I messaged them to complain and they did not respond of course. THey continue to have their ad up on craigs list. I have flagged and tried to warn others so they don't fall for the same scheme.
