I get calls from a lady named Sandra Summers from an independent courier service called Defenders Office and they are an independent courier service for Allegheny County. They are trying to serve me papers between the hours of 11-3 and they will be coming to my home or work. If i needed to reschedule a drop off time to call 888-537-2375 and provide this reference tracking number 355079 I have not called back because I was receiving a similar call a while back to my job and cell phone number and I had an attorney call them back providing the information they had given me to reference and when they called asking for the guy who called me. They stated no one by that name worked there and they could not find the reference number that was given to me and they claim i was not even in their systems. They also did not answer like it was a place of business let alone identify themselves or put a supervisor on the phone to give more information of what they were contacting me about or what was being delivered. The attorney advised that i was to no longer be contacted at work or by my personal phone and if anything needed to be addressed to contact them since they are my legal representative. The calls stopped and no one ever showed up at my job or home. They stopped calling for a while. Maybe a month or so and now this is when this new company started calling only my personal number and have left 3 messages since April 3rd saying this is a final call and they were delivering a document on Friday April 5th between 11- 3 at work and at my home. If i need to reschedule to call the number above and use that reference number. Then on Friday they left a message saying that they are delivering a document on Monday from 11-3. again but never said they tried to deliver on Friday like they previously stated. Nor did they leave a notice at my door if they did come. I have not received any mail of any debt being owed. I also have not received any information on a credit report of a debt that I owe either. Im not sure who they are but its harassment and it needs to stop. I dont know what they want or what they are trying to scam me out of.
