They had a Christmas sale; guaranteed product by Christmas. Placed an order, right away the money was taken out On December 6, 2018. I did not receive the item that I paid for and it’s going to be February soon. I emailed twice asking for my purchase and then a refund. They responded, but still no refund or product! Too many false promises from this business, and they are still making sales?!?
