Charged $199.88 for skin tag cream I didn't order, then another $59.99 on the phone

Saw an article about the that removed skin tags. Went on the website (zqukul.com) and a promotion for 3 bottles for $39.99 was listed. Clicked on the promotion then was routed to a page that listed a cream for $59.99. I clicked on proceed with my order and entered my payment information. Usually after entering your payment method online you are prompted to review the purchase. Once I clicked on next the transaction was completed. I never got to see the quantity I purchased or review the order. I went to my back account and saw that I was charged $199.88. Received an email invoice from [email protected] stating that I ordered 5 bottles which is not what I ordered. Called the number on the invoice and I told the representative that I wanted to cancel an order I just placed. She tried to offer me a discount rate to not cancel my order but I repeatedly stated I wanted to cancel the order. Once she realized that I would not change my mind then she stated the order could not be cancelled. And I would have to return the items. To add insult to injury she charged my card an additional $59.99 while on the phone with me. The invoice which was emailed to my was for $199.88, so in total I lost $259. This is a scam do not order this product from Defy Skin Brands.
