I also spent $39.95 and received a plastic bowl. The product was represented as “handmade”. They obviously stole someone else’s picture for the representation. When I asked for my refund, their explanation was simply that the picture was enlarged and didn’t show a correct representation of the actual bowl. They didn’t address the fact that the item wasn’t truly “handmade”.

I made a purchase from Degoe Shop-there was a picture of a pottery bowl for jewelry. I learned after placing order-that picture was actually taken from someone else's website. The bowl I did receive was plastic and NOTHING like the picture. I emailed them and they said it looks different because of enlarging picture. After many emails, the best offer I get is a 15% refund (purchase was $39.95). When I click on the link in my email from them, shop is now a different name. Package was mailed from address I gave you. 1. they stole another's picture (misadvertising) 2. They mailed a plastic item 3. they offer no reconciliation. They have changed names of their store...and will probably do this again. I hav picture of original ad and item I received. I have since purchased the bowl from the person who really made it...
